We invite you to experience the ancient and transformative practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep—a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites you into a liminal space between waking and dreaming.
In these live, in-person gatherings at Wanderlust Wellness, you’ll be held in sacred space as Jeralyn (psychotherapist, meditation guide, and sacred circle facilitator) gently leads you through breath, body sensing, imagery, and soul-deep rest.
No yoga or meditation experience needed
Perfect for those navigating stress, burnout, grief, healing, or spiritual awakening
Wear comfy clothes.
Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, journal—anything that helps you feel at ease
Space is limited to keep the setting intimate and nourishing
