**Hold Harmless Agreement**

By signing up for and participating in health and wellness classes or events at Wanderlust Wellness LLC, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, fitness training, sound baths, psycho-educational classes, or any other wellness-related activities (hereinafter referred to as "Activities"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. **Assumption of Risk**: I understand and accept that participating in the Activities involves risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental stress, or other health-related issues. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these Activities.

2. **Release and Waiver**: I release and discharge the instructor(s), the hosting facility, and any associated organizations or individuals (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. **Indemnification**: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities or costs, including attorney's fees, that may arise as a result of my participation in the Activities.

4. **Medical Treatment**: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to receiving medical treatment deemed necessary by the instructor(s) or emergency personnel. I agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment.

5. **Acknowledgment of Understanding**: By signing up for the Activities, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Hold Harmless Agreement. I acknowledge that by registering for this event, I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I agree to these terms freely and voluntarily.
