A fun reboot of our popular Meditative Painting Class! Join us every Monday night from 6:30 to 7:30 for Resonate and Create, an enchanting experience designed to soothe your soul and spark your creativity. This drop-in style class is the perfect way to start your week with tranquility and inspiration. The soothing and relaxing tones of the crystal singing bowls will help you de-stress, connect with yourself and/or help you connect with your loved ones. The expressive art activity offered after the sound bath will help you "ground" the experience into your nervous system as well as provide another fun, relaxing activity that offers  an opportunity for reflection and creativity.

• Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of our crystal singing bowls. Known for their powerful healing effects, sound baths help reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and promote emotional balance. The soothing tones resonate deeply, clearing blockages and rejuvenating your spirit.
• Expressive Arts Activity: After the sound bath, let your creativity flow with our optional guided arts session. Engaging in expressive art can further enhance emotional well-being, boost self-esteem, and unlock new perspectives. No artistic experience is required—just an openness to explore and create.

• Adult Night Out Sessions: A fun night out for couples, friends, buddies or singles who would like to more deeply connect with themselves in an intimate, safe, non-judgmental setting
• Family Night Sessions: Adasf A fun, relaxing, age friendly session designed specifically for the young and young at heart. Come join a unique experience where you can vibe and explore together in a safe space. 
• This event may not be suitable for people of any age who have auditory sensitivities, tinnitus, or hearing aids, epilepsy, as well as individuals with certain mental health conditions like anxiety or PTSD may find the experience uncomfortable or not beneficial. Please use your own judgment when deciding to join. 
• Pre-Registration is Required: Due to limited space, pre-registration and payment is due at the time of booking. No walk-ins will be allowed

🌟 Pricing:

• Adults: Night Out $33 (because self-care is priceless and YOU are worth it)
• Family Night (ages 4 to 17): $22 (because little hearts deserve big magic too)

✨You are also invited to bring a pillow or something to rest your head on during the sound bath. Yoga Mats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

 ✨We do not give refunds, but you can reschedule for a different date right through the website.
